Job Title: RPA & Intelligent Automation Specialist
Location: Bengaluru(2 days a week onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled RPA & Intelligent Automation Specialist to join our newly established Center of Excellence (CoE) at Client.
- As part of our growing team you will play a pivotal role in scaling automation initiatives across various business areas driving efficiency and enabling digital transformation.
- Our team operates with a high degree of autonomy and entrepreneurship serving as a service provider for the entire company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop deploy and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiencies.
- Ensure best practices in RPA architecture infrastructure and governance.
- Develop and optimize AI/MLpowered automation solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch and Scikitlearn.
- Leverage NLP techniques (e.g. text summarization sentiment analysis named entity recognition) for intelligent automation.
- Work with AWS services (RDS EC2 S3 IAM CloudWatch Lambda SageMaker VPC) to support automation infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain secure access using VAULT PASSPORT and GitLab for UAM/Configuration Management.
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment ensuring continuous improvement and highquality delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of handson experience in Blue Prism development.
- Blue Prism certification (MUST HAVE).
- Strong Computer Science or Engineering background (MUST HAVE).
- Proficiency in Python and core libraries like pandas NumPy etc.
- Experience with SQL .NET C# HTTP APIs and Web Services.
- Solid understanding of Blue Prisms architectural and infrastructure components.
- Experience in designing developing and deploying automation solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced setting.
NicetoHave Skills:
- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks for automation.
- Handson experience with Terraform for infrastructure deployment.
- Understanding of NLP techniques for automation.
