Job Description
Job Title: Ultrasound Tech
Facility: Providence Seaside Hospital
Address: 725 S Wahanna Rd Seaside OR 97138 United States
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
Pay Rate: $65/hr on W2
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Tech to join the team at Providence Seaside Hospital. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures work closely with physicians and ensure highquality imaging to assist in patient care.
Responsibilities:- Perform ultrasound imaging as ordered by physicians.
- Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings for optimal imaging results.
- Analyze imaging results and provide preliminary findings to radiologists or physicians.
- Ensure patient safety comfort and education regarding the procedure.
- Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment as needed.
- Document patient history imaging results and procedural details accurately.
- Adhere to hospital protocols infection control and safety regulations.
- ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of ultrasound experience.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
