NBCUniversals Advertising Platforms & Operations team is responsible for the product development project management and daytoday operations of NBCUniversals full advertising technology suite. The division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversals $10B annual advertising business.
The Customer Solutions team within Advertising Platforms & Operations is responsible for leading the product development processes for the technology solutions delivered to our advertising partners.
We are currently seeking a Product Manager Creative Automation to help build our reimagination of the digital creative workflow. As a ideal candidate you will be a highly collaborative person who thinks outside the box and is passionate about digital media and video advertising innovation cares about our customers and has strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in the Ad Sales space understanding how it works and the benefits it provides advertisers and consumers
- Think holistically about all the products & workflows constituting our digital ecosystem
- Build creative workflow applications that deliver across Ops leadership KPIs and focus on automating tedious manual workflows
- Manage product roadmaps and effectively communicate timelines to all key stakeholders by leading communication prioritizing key features and working with external partners and engineering teams.
- Collaborate communicate and influence across Product Strategy and Ops leadership to define specify and drive the execution of the team
- Track success by using key performance indicators and consistently test and evaluate fundamental metrics.
- Document and detail user stories for engineering and participate in UAT
- Partner with Sales Operations to thoughtfully roll out and operationalize key features
- Participate in external vendor communication in order to facilitate industry change and to optimize creative workflows upstream of NBCU
- Own your product area prioritize work and always maintain the highest standard of quality.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience working in product development
- Proven track record of owning customerfacing product solutions in crossfunctional environments
- Strong communication skills; can present key updates to stakeholders and facilitate weekly vendor calls and build thought PowerPoint decks
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence across a variety of platforms as needed (e.g. messenger video conferences inperson gatherings phone email etc.)
- Experience collaborating with Marketing Sales Strategy Measurement and Engineering teams to develop and bring to market successful and innovative products
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to take the seed of an idea through launch while prioritizing effectively to get things done
- Knowledge of technical and operational product and project requirements
- Proven ability to understand and communicate using technical language (e.g. APIs requirements documents agile systems etc.)
