Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated educator ready to inspire young minds Were seeking a passionate KS2 Teacher to join our dynamic team in Merton starting in September 2025! Your Role as a KS2 Teacher

As our new KS2 Teacher you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons for Year 3 to Year 6 students that cater to their diverse learning needs.
  • Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes active participation and a love for learning.
  • Monitor and assess student progress providing constructive feedback and tailored support to help them achieve their best.
  • Build strong relationships with students parents and colleagues to foster a sense of community and collaboration.
  • Contribute to schoolwide initiatives and events enhancing the overall learning experience for our students.

What Were Looking For

  • A Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Significant experience teaching in Key Stage 2 with a track record of improving student outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • A commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of all students.
