Your Role as a KS2 Teacher
As our new KS2 Teacher you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons for Year 3 to Year 6 students that cater to their diverse learning needs.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes active participation and a love for learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress providing constructive feedback and tailored support to help them achieve their best.
- Build strong relationships with students parents and colleagues to foster a sense of community and collaboration.
- Contribute to schoolwide initiatives and events enhancing the overall learning experience for our students.
What Were Looking For
- A Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Significant experience teaching in Key Stage 2 with a track record of improving student outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of all students.
