Job Description
Solution Architect with baseline clearance Sydney/Canberra/Adelaide
Lead the design and implementation of secure scalable and compliant ICT solutions to support federal government transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design endtoend ICT solutions ensuring alignment with business and enterprise architecture.
- Develop application and system integration strategies to optimize workflows.
- Ensure compliance with government security and interoperability standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts project managers and technical teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Identify and mitigate technology risks in solution designs.
Targeted Deliverables:
- Solution Architecture Blueprints defining key components integration models and security controls.
- Application Portfolio & Integration Models ensuring seamless data exchange across systems.
- Technology Roadmap outlining strategic plans for solution scalability and sustainability.
- Security & Risk Assessments ensuring compliance with ISM PSPF and Australian Government security policies.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture systems integration and cloud computing.
- Strong knowledge of API design microservices and SaaS adoption in government.
- Experience in Cloud (AWS/Azure) Security Architecture and Identity Management.
- Working experience with federal government ICT frameworks and procurement processes.
- Must have or be eligible for Baseline Security Clearance.
- Must be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
