Job Responsibilities
This is a fulltime hybrid role for a Business Operations Lead. The role is primarily based in Lekki but allows for some work from home. The Business Operations Lead will be responsible for managing projects ensuring excellent feedback on sales and the below:
- Oversee daytoday business operations ensuring seamless coordination between logistics inventory and supply chain management.
- Develop and implement operational policies processes and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with suppliers vendors and manufacturers to maintain quality and timely deliveries.
- Manage budgets financial forecasts and cost controls to optimize profitability.
- Supervise production warehousing and distribution to meet customer demands efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations health and safety standards and company policies.
- Oversee procurement processes vendor negotiations and stock management.
- Support event execution retail stocking initiatives and special promotions.
- Develop and refine sales processes to improve conversion rates and increase revenue.
- Manage the CRM system ensuring accurate tracking of leads customer interactions and sales pipeline.
- Analyze sales data and trends to provide strategic recommendations and improve performance.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to set SMART goals and monitor key
- performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns retail partnerships and promotional events.
- Oversee pricing strategies discount structures and revenue optimization iniliatives.initiativesrate with marketing to ensure alignment between demand generation activities and sales execution.
- Provide training and support for the sales team to improve efficiency and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills Operations Management and Project Management skills.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales strategies and operational efficiencies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
- Minimum of 46 years of experience in operations sales operations or a similar role within retail or fragrance industries.
- Experience in managing multiple projects in a fastpaced environment ability to multitask prioritize and optimizing business operations.
- Proficiency in CRM software. Zoho inventory management tools. and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven track record in project management excellent leadership and executing sales strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in the fragrance industry is a plus.
- Experience in logistics procurement and vendor management is a plus.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management Sales or a related field.
- Mobility is a plus.
