You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a datadriven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across paid channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive growth user acquisition and revenue. This role requires expertise in paid search social media advertising programmatic and affiliate marketing.
Develop execute and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads and other digital platforms.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics generating actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Manage budgets effectively ensuring maximum efficiency and costeffectiveness in ad spend.
Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives landing pages and A/B tests.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product content and analytics to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Implement and manage conversion tracking attribution modeling and customer journey analysis.
Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in performance marketing.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
35 years of experience in performance marketing preferably in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager and other paid media platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics Data Studio and Excel.
Handson experience with A/B testing conversion rate optimization and landing page optimization.
Knowledge of SEO email marketing and affiliate marketing is a plus.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing market trends and work in a datadriven environment.
