Job Description
Join our team as a Cultural Ambassador and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family you will be responsible for creating elevated Wellness experiences for our guests by providing a variety of Wellness Experiences workshops and other recommendations with the highest standards of professionalism while creating a warm relaxing and healing atmosphere ensuring that the guests experience exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide a warm welcome to all guests while striving to provide outstanding service.
- To be able to communicate professionally and effectively in the languages used in the Spa & yoga/studio Center.
- To collaborate with the Wellness Director in the elaboration of the monthly special & festive season activities program
- To be able to offer personalized private and group yoga sessions or other wellness workshops.
- As part of the Spa team must be fully aware of all the treatments currently offered in the Spa Services Menu and of any promotion or offer at any given time.
- To ensure that all guests comments and feedback are communicated to the Spa Management for prompt follow up.
- To take great care and pride of his/her assigned areas and treatment rooms and ensure that they are set up according to their specific SOP and maintain them clean and tidy at all times.
- To maintain the Fitness Center & Yoga Movement Studio clean and tidy.
- Respect and follow wellness workshop set ups depending on standard
- To provide guidance to our guests in the use of the Fitness equipment or questions in regards to our wellness programs.
- To provide tours of the Fitness Center & Yoga Movement Studio for our guests.
- To be proactive and be a strong component of the team in order to achieve the department goals.
- To promote an atmosphere of wellbeing within the Hotel and within the Spa team at all times.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience preferably in a top Spa or luxury hotel.
- Certification in sound Healing and Breathwork
- Knowlegde about Mayan Culture and Traditions as well as use of Chamanic Elements.
- Fluent in English
