Job Title: Office Manager & HR Lead
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

The Office Manager & HR Lead is a critical role that will help drive company operations HR functions and select marketing initiatives. Working closely with the CEO and Head of Operations & Finance this role will manage office systems support recruitment and HR processes and assist with sales and marketing tasks. This is a dynamic position suited for someone who thrives in a fastpaced startuplike environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office management and administrative tasks ensuring smooth company operations.
  • Manage HR functions including recruitment onboarding performance management and payroll preparation.
  • Support company operations by organizing office procedures handling correspondence and managing filing systems.
  • Maintain CRM (HubSpot) data and assist with sales support tasks such as email outreach and scheduling meetings.
  • Coordinate company events including internal team gatherings trade shows and conferences.
  • Handle internal and external communications including calls messages and inquiries.
  • Assist with select marketing tasks supporting the Executive Team as needed.
  • Keep up to date with HR trends and best practices to improve internal processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in office management HR or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration payroll and CRM (HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
  • Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
  • Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
