Description:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their construction team. We are looking for a candidate who embraces a familyoriented culture and exemplifies our core values of Safety Integrity Trust and Excellence.
Position Overview: The Project Manager will report to the VP of Operations or Senior Project Manager as directed. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing projects to ensure successful completion in terms of safety quality budget and schedule while maintaining fair profit margins. The Project Manager will oversee project activities provide leadership and handle additional tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all projectrelated activities.
- Manage projects to ensure they are completed safely professionally on time within budget and with a fair profit margin.
- Oversee or supervise project activities and ensure compliance with all standards and regulations.
- Take a leadership role within the company and across project teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of all construction phases.
- Expertise in scheduling complex projects.
- Ability to identify and resolve changes and discrepancies in project plans and timelines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide project teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry with significant experience in project management.
