Opportunity Details
Working Location: Onsite Binh Thanh District Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
Working Time: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Monday Friday.
Employment Type: Permanent fulltime employment.
Compensation: Up to 500 USD gross per month
13thmonth salary and full social insurance coverage.

Role Purpose
The Sales Specialist (Ecommerce & Offline) will manage and grow sales across ecommerce platforms and offline distribution channels. This role will drive sales performance optimize product visibility and ensure seamless coordination between online and offline sales strategies.
Main Objectives
Effectively manage ecommerce operations ensuring smooth order processing and platform optimization.
Develop and maintain relationships with B2B buyers and distribution partners to expand sales opportunities.
Implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales planning and execution.
Responsibilities
Oversee ecommerce platform operations (Shopee Lazada TikTok Shop) including order processing inventory management and promotional activities.
Execute paid advertising and affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales performance.
Manage wholesale orders working closely with Warehouse and Accounting Teams to track inventory and ensure order fulfillment.
Identify and develop B2B sales opportunities expanding distribution channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports and performance analyses to the management team.
Propose and implement strategies to boost sales and improve product positioning.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align sales initiatives with marketing and operational goals.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
MustHave Requirements
Education & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Ecommerce Marketing Business or a related field.
Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a salesrelated role preferably within ecommerce or retail distribution.
Proficiency in ecommerce platform operations (Shopee TikTok Lazada).
Strong ability in B2B client acquisition and sales negotiations.
Knowledge of SEO and product optimization for online marketplaces.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel for sales tracking and reporting.
NicetoHave Requirements
Experience in the Health Supplement industry.
Prior work experience in a Korean company or familiarity with Korean business culture.
