Student Hiring Associates

We are seeking an enthusiastic and resultsdriven Student Hiring Associates to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping students find the right educational opportunities. As a Student Hiring Associates you will be responsible for recruiting students for various academic programs managing the endtoend recruitment process and building relationships with prospective students and educational institutions. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Recruitment:
  • Promote educational programs to prospective students via phone email social media and other platforms.
  • Conduct consultations to understand students academic goals career aspirations and needs.
  • Advise students on suitable courses programs and institutions based on their profiles.

  • Guide students through the application and enrollment process.

• Lead Generation & Management:
  • Identify and source new student leads through various channels including online marketing social media and networking events.
    

  • Follow up on student inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain a database of leads keeping track of all interactions and stages in the recruitment process.

  • Ensure continuous followup with potential students to nurture leads until enrollment.
• Relationship Building:
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective students and serve as their primary point of contact.
    

  • Collaborate with educational institutions to stay updated on new programs entry requirements and application deadlines.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and admissions teams to help optimize recruitment strategies.
• Consultation & Support:
  • Provide oneonone support to students addressing their queries and concerns regarding courses admissions scholarships and visa processes.
    

  • Assist students in preparing required documents for applications and provide guidance on meeting admission criteria.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in education and student recruitment practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have sales and experience in a call center. 2 years experience in an inbound/outbound position
  

• Higher education experience preferred

• Excellent telephone sales track record working within a high sales KPI and incentivedriven environment

• Intermediate computer skills with strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy

• A solution focused approach with a proactive attitude to supporting your customers

• As this is a remote position and you will be working from home you will need to have a steady internet connection PC/Laptop and Headset

• Need to be fluent both written and spoken English.
