Job Description
As a Product Manager at ABAX youll play a key role in shaping platform products APIs and customerenabling tools. Youll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to streamline workflows reduce cognitive load and enhance the customer experience. Since adopting the product operating model in 2023 weve built an environment where product managers are truly empowered to drive impact.

With a customerfirst datadriven mindset youre adaptable curious and focused on delivering real valuebalancing quick wins with longterm growth.
Some of the things you will be working on:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the companys goals and customer needs.
- Conducting market research to identify industry trends customer pain points and competitive insights.
- Managing the endtoend product development lifecycle from concept to launch working closely with crossfunctional teams throughout the value chain.
- Creating and maintaining a product roadmap setting priorities and releases for feature releases and then iterate to achieve wanted outcomes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define product features user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ensuring a seamless and userfriendly product experience by working with UX/UI designers and engineering stakeholders.
Experiences were looking for:
- High technical ability ideally with a background in a software development role with proven experience in developing crossplatform products.
- Practical experience from working with the product operating model whilst working with product teams.
- Strong understanding of SingleSignOn solutions and similar platform wide services.
We believe you bring:
- Bachelors or masters degree in information security management computer science engineering or equivalent related discipline.
- Relevant experience as a Product Manager or Senior Engineer for services targeting Developer and Customer agent personas.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform AWS or Azure
Other information:
- Start date: As soon as possible / As agreed.
- Work extent: Full time.
- Remote Status: Hybrid which means that you are welcome to work from home some days while we would like to collaborate with you some days at the office. Remote setup is negotiable depending on location.
- Location: Flexible. Preferably Gdansk Poland.
