Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients from provided or own generated leads through phone calls emails and other communication methods.
Schedule and conduct site visits with interested clients providing comprehensive tours and highlighting key features of the properties.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Present promote and sell properties using solid arguments to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients.
Stay uptodate with the latest market trends developments and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions sales and prospects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads and improve outreach strategies.
