Please note: it is a Warsawbased role hybrid 2 days at the office per sprint (sprint 2 weeks)
Description:
The FX business are executing a strategic renewal program that involves gradual and complete overhaul of the core pricing and trading systems.
We are looking for a BA with Capital markets knowledge and at least 3 years experience for the Price & Distribution squad which is part of CIB area and Markets Domain focused in the development of the applications for the Sales and Traders globally for the FX Options pricing generation for the Trading Floor.
Qualifications :
- Capital Markets knowledge.
- An ability to conduct careful structured analysis on complex problems or requirements in order to identify and present defensible conclusions and solutions.
- Handson business analysis skillset across the full project life cycle: able to deliver high quality technology solutions on time and budget.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment and engage with senior frontoffice users.
- Experience in delivering logical and comprehensive test strategies and clear concise test cases.
- Testing execution capabilities.
- Accurate and comprehensive gathering of requirements to enable the formation of coherent specifications.
- A good understanding of the software development lifecycle and the role of the business analyst within it.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2) to support the authoring of business documents and presentations running workshops and managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Good interlocution skills.
- Ability to selforganize.
