We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Aerospace Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the aerospace industry with a desire to develop a career in recruitment. As a Junior Aerospace Recruiter you will assist in sourcing screening and placing candidates for various aerospace roles working alongside senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure the staffing needs of our clients are met efficiently and effectively.
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and placing candidates for aerospace positions.
- Assist in identifying and engaging passive candidates using job boards social media networking and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and organizational culture.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications experience and fit for open roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Help in the development of job postings advertisements and social media strategies to attract top aerospace talent.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to strategize and improve sourcing and recruitment practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends technologies and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Strong interest in the aerospace industry and recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with job boards and social media platforms for recruiting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Previous recruiting experience (internship or entrylevel) in aerospace or related industries is a plus.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Basic knowledge of aerospace roles and technical skills.
