- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly
- Adapt to changing menu items and seasonal specials
- Communicate effectively with frontofhouse staff to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in kitchen cleaning and closing procedures
- Contribute to a positive and teamoriented work environment
Qualifications :
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Ability to follow recipes and plate presentations accurately
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Food safety certification (e.g. ServSafe) preferred
- Culinary school diploma or relevant certificate is a plus
- Passion for cooking and curiosity about food trends and techniques
