Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a growing team of healthcare professionals. This fulltime employed position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care in a supportive and collaborative work environment. Candidates with an interest in roboticassisted procedures will be highly valued although this is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver highquality patientcentered care for individuals across all age groups.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive healthcare services.
• Accurately maintain patient records and follow evidencebased care protocols.
• Participate in community outreach and health promotion initiatives as needed.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with best practices.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $300000 guaranteed
• Incentives: Productivitybased bonus opportunities
• Loan Repayment: Eligible for National Health Service Corps and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) programs

Work Schedule:

• Fulltime position with flexible scheduling
• No oncall responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school
• Boardcertified or boardeligible in Family Practice
• Eligible for medical licensure in Missouri
• Interest in roboticassisted surgery (preferred but not required)
