Reservations Agent Car Rental Company (OnSite in Malta)
Are you fluent in Italian and English (C1) and looking for an exciting role in customer service Join our team as a Reservations Agent for a leading Car Rental Company in Malta!
Location: Onsite Malta
Schedule: Monday to Sunday Shifts between 08:00 to 19:00
Eligibility: Only local candidates
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with car rental reservations via phone email and online platforms.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving bookingrelated issues.
- Process and confirm reservations while ensuring accuracy in customer details.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian & English (C1 level).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
- Prior customer service or reservations experience is a plus but not required.
