Job Title: Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Consultant
Department: Gynecology

An excellent opportunity to join as a maternal fetal medicine consultant for one of the most prestigious and toptier leading Hospital in Taif Saudi Arabia.
JOB SUMMARY
As a MaternalFetal Medicine Consultant you will be responsible for providing specialized care to expectant mothers and their unborn children focusing on highrisk pregnancies. This role involves diagnosing and managing complications during pregnancy conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans. The consultant collaborates with obstetricians neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal maternal and fetal health outcomes. Additionally the position includes educating patients and their families about pregnancyrelated issues as well as participating in research and training initiatives to advance the field of maternalfetal medicine. Strong communication clinical expertise and compassion are essential for success in this role
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides highquality maternal fetal medicine care to patients in this area of medicine.
- Provide consultative service as requested.
- Supervise fellows staff/assistant physicians and residents.
- Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and participates in research activities.
- Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
- Performs special procedures as privileged.
- Follows all hospitalrelated policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
- Completion of required period of training in maternal fetal medicine (MFM).
- American Board/FRCS Irish UK Canadian New Zealand or Australian/Diplome dEtudes Specialises (DES)/CIS French Board / Facharzt & SubBoard
- Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required
- A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
- Dataflow is a must.
Professional Experience
- Min. 34 years Post Board/Fellowship in Fetomaternal.
- A registered member of the Saudi Board Council
Language
- Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
