Position Summary:
The LeadProgram Officer is a critical role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of academic programs in the university in Bhopal. This role involves leading a team of Academic Administrators managing student interactions coordinating with faculty and leveraging data analysis to optimize academic processes.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and detailoriented individual with a strong background in academic administration or project management a passion for education and a proven ability to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead mentor and supervise a team of Academic Administrators each aligned to specific academic programs.
- Assign tasks monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback and support to ensure team effectiveness.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Academic Operations and Coordination:
- Oversee all aspects of academic scheduling ensuring optimal resource utilization and student satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic matters addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with faculty members to ensure smooth program delivery including scheduling resource allocation and communication.
- Coordinate the collection management and distribution of academic materials.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate academic records.
- Manage and maintain program related communications to students and faculty.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect analyze and interpret academic data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on key academic metrics including student attendance grades and program performance.
- Utilize data analysis to inform decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement in academic operations.
- Manage student grading processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Systems and Tools Management:
- Utilize and manage academic management systems including Salesforce and Moodle to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Train team members on the effective use of these systems.
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage technology to enhance academic operations.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with technical support to resolve problems.
Process Improvement and Project Management:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of academic operations.
- Manage adhoc projects related to academic administration and program development.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key academic processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or Masters degree
- Minimum 3years of experience in academic office as program support/manager/lead program management or a related field within an educational institution
