Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a company specializing in seasonal workforce management with a strong focus on highvolume hiring for general labor positions. The team operates in a fastpaced environment where adaptability and efficiency are key.

Position Overview:

This role is responsible for recruiting general laborers at scale while also providing HR support. Initially the focus will be on highvolume hiring (3550 seasonal workers within a month) followed by a transition to HR coordination duties after peak hiring seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Focus:

  • Manage job postings across Indeed and other job boards to attract candidates.
  • Conduct highvolume initial phone screenings to assess qualifications.
  • Coordinate followup interviews with hiring managers.
  • Handle onboarding and ensure compliance with hiring procedures.


HR Coordination (PostHiring Season):

  • Maintain and update employee policies.
  • Oversee training materials and ensure proper documentation.
  • Manage payroll processing through Gusto.
  • Address HRrelated inquiries and employee support issues.


Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in highvolume hiring.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience using job boards (Indeed LinkedIn etc.) for sourcing.
  • HR administration experience (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and payroll systems (Gusto experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and improve existing hiring processes.


NicetoHaves:

  • Previous experience recruiting seasonal or bluecollar workers.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience working in fastpaced environments with tight deadlines.
