We are recruiting an Area Sales Manager for our international client global leader in developing and manufacturing smart solutions and systems for the automation of plastic injection lines and robotic solutions for different markets such as: Automotive Medical & Pharmaceutical Luxury Packaging Household & Electronics.
The Area Sales Manager will work in the field looking for new business opportunities increasing the presence and positioning of the company in Mexico as well as assuring a relationship based on trust with existing clients.
On site Greater Metropolitan Monterrey Area
MISSIONS
- Lead and manage Sales
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for the region
- Build and expand the existing customer base
- Generate and develop new customers within the territory
- Plan and interface with various departments internally and externally to determine a successful sales strategy for each opportunity
- Professionally prepare sales proposals in a timely manner
- Participate in international and national trade shows and meetings as needed
- Perform any other duties as needed
PROFILE
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automation or plastics industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge and experience with capital equipment sales is highly preferred
- Languages: professional level of English (C1)
