Your superpowers
- Bachelors degree in Business Psychology HR or a related field.
- 04 years of recruitment experience ideally in an analytical or strategydriven environment.
- Excellent communication skills you can pitch Picnics mission with confidence.
- Fluency in English and German is a plus.
- A datadriven mindset and enthusiasm for launching creative talent initiatives.
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills youll need to challenge push back and influence hiring decisions.
