Solution IT Inc. is looking for SAP Manufacturing ME MII Consultant for one of its clients in Broomfield CO (Hybrid)
Job Title: SAP Manufacturing ME MII Consultant
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Manufacturing Consultant with 5 years of experience in SAP ME MII UI5 and machine integration using SAP PCo. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in SAP Manufacturing Execution (SAP ME) Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII) UI5 development and SAP MEINT with a strong focus on shop floor integration and automation.
Key Responsibilities
SAP ME & MII Implementation:
- Design configure and deploy SAP ME and SAP MII solutions for manufacturing operations.
- Develop custom MII applications for realtime data visualization and analytics.
- Optimize manufacturing execution processes using SAP ME workflows.
SAP UI5 Development:
- Develop and enhance SAP UI5/Fiori applications to improve user experience.
- Customize and extend SAP MII dashboards for shop floor users.
SAP MEINT & PCo Machine Integration:
- Configure and implement SAP MEINT (Manufacturing Execution Integration & Intelligence) for seamless SAP ERP integration.
- Integrate shop floor machines and IoT devices with SAP MII using SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo).
- Troubleshoot and resolve machinetoSAP integration issues.
Solution Design & Technical Consulting:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical expertise on SAP ME MII and UI5based manufacturing solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP ME with ERP SCADA and shop floor systems.
Support & Optimization:
- Conduct performance tuning troubleshooting and enhancements for SAP manufacturing solutions.
- Provide user training and postgolive support to ensure successful adoption.
Required Skills
- 5 years of handson experience in SAP ME & SAP MII.
- 3 years of experience in SAP UI5/Fiori development
- 2 years of experience in SAP MEINT for ERP integration.
- Experience with machine integration using SAP PCo (Plant Connectivity).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor automation.
- Handson experience in SQL JavaScript XML XSLT and web services.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP integration with SAP ME/MII.
Work Site: Broomfield CO (Hybrid 80% Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
