As a Staff Technical Product Manager Enpal Energy you will drive the technical vision and strategy for our Enpal Energy products. You will work crossfunctionally to build and execute the roadmap ensure our digital products are scalable available and secure and drive technical excellence while meeting business objectives in a rapidly scaling infrastructure.

At Enpal you will be responsible for:
Product Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the product vision strategy and roadmap for Enpal Energy products the electricity tariff direct marketing and parts of our Virtual Power Plant. Translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining a balance between scalability speed and business goals.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Lead complex product development efforts across multiple teams working closely with engineering IoT App external partners and platform teams to create and implement solutions for our products.
Stakeholder Management & Communication: Drive alignment across the organization by managing stakeholders at all levels. Provide highlevel reporting on key initiatives metrics and OKRs. Transform complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
Technical Product Development: Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery prioritizing features and capabilities based on business impact and technical constraints. Build and maintain the technical landscape overview and investment needs for speed resilience and scalability initiatives.
Technical Problem Solving: Drive technical decisions through a deep understanding of system requirements security needs and infrastructure constraints. Engage with engineering teams operations security specialists and other technical stakeholders to gather insights and balance competing needs for optimal solution development.
Qualifications :
You have a strategic mindset technical depth and a passion for building resilient products fast.
You have a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions for complex business problems.
You have 7 years of technical product management experience
You have a proven track record of shipping successful products and features with experience in agile methodologies and product development processes.
You excel in product discovery prioritization and roadmap development with the ability to balance technical debt feature development and business needs.
You have strong analytical skills with datadriven decisionmaking experience and the ability to define and track relevant metrics.
You have outstanding communication skills in both English and German with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences and drive alignment across teams.
You have a selfdriven mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments take ownership and drive results.
You have a pragmatic approach to product development focusing on iterative improvements.
