Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer responsible for basic and advanced configurations within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in Salesforce implementation development and integration working as part of a crossfunctional Agile team.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Salesforce implementations and customization
- Develop CRM business functionalities aligned with organizational needs
- Design and configure custom objects fields page layouts workflows validation rules and security settings
- Work on Apex Visualforce Lightning and Force.com development
- Develop and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Implement approval processes process flows and email notifications
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to support business operations
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs
- Follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards
- Perform deployment activities between different Salesforce environments
Qualifications :
- 3 to 5 years of handson experience with the Salesforce platform
- Experience in implementing 24 Salesforce projects
- Strong expertise in Salesforce development & configuration including:
- Apex development
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Sales Cloud customization and implementation
- Custom Objects Fields Picklists and Tabs
- Security Implementation (Profiles Roles Sharing Settings)
- Validation Rules Workflow Process Builder Approval Processes
- Reports & Dashboards
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems (ERP Legacy Systems etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Information :
GoodtoHave Skills/Certifications
- Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II).
- Experience with Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment processes and DevOps tools.
