Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative you will ensure the seamless operation of AIpowered delivery robots by monitoring assisting and remotely guiding them along their routes. You will define operational areas report incidents and escalate issues when necessary. This role demands technical proficiency quick decisionmaking and strong problemsolving skills to support Avride s cuttingedge autonomous mobility solutions.

Shift: Rotating Shift ( Day and Night)
Salary: $1.900.000 COP
Work setup: Onsite Bogot
Your Daily Tasks
- Accurately update shift statuses in the system.
- Accept and process all assigned requests within SLA.
- Assist autonomous robots in navigating their designated routes.
- Provide safe and precise remote commands to the robots.
- Define and adjust operational areas on the map.
- Log interventions and process requests efficiently.
- Report robot incidents promptly within SLA guidelines.
- Escalate issues to appropriate teammates via the platform.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- English proficiency (B2 Level).
- Technical expertise in AIdriven platforms robotics or remote monitoring.
- Previous experience in customer service campaigns (technical support preferred).
- Strong understanding of basic traffic rules and map reading/navigation skills.
- Quick reaction time and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to escalate incidents appropriately.
- Experience with computer simulators or gaming navigation tools is a plus.
