Job Description
AusBiz Consulting is looking for exceptional system analysts to join our team.
As a systems analyst you work within an Agile and fastpaced team to design and develop modern digital solutions modify enhance or adapt existing legacy systems and integrate new features or improvements to improve business efficiency and productivity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conducting requirement analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems.
Ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met.
Working closely with colleagues to provide IT solutions for internal and external clients.
Providing training materials and user manuals to users of new systems.
Analyse AsIS processes and systems identify pain points and develop TOBe processes and opportunities for automation
Drawing up supervising and documenting testing schedules for a complete system.
Planning and working flexibly to deadlines.
Supporting users on change control and systems updates.
Creating Analytical Reports
Developing a financial project plan to support and lead the implementation of software solutions.
Work with our clients deploying system deliverables and training people across the systems resources.
Examine existing IT systems and business models.
Analyse industryspecific systems requirements including enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM systems
Configure automated processes using core workflow principles that are efficient wellstructured maintainable and easy to understand.
Requirements
You will need to have the following:
A minimum of 2 x years experience
Bachelors or Master s Degree in IT/IS
Broad knowledge of hardware software and fullstack software development.
Handson experience with SQL and Power BI
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to contribute to a team effort.
Logical approach to problemsolving.
Good interpersonal and clienthandling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail.
Business awareness.
Presentation skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Analyse create and improve the functional and technical solution.
