As a Mainframe Support Professional you will be on the front lines with our clients supporting their Mainframe activities and ensuring a secure and compliant solution landscape by following industryleading practices around cyber risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform account and resource administration in RACF/TopSecret while ensuring SLAs for L2/L3 support are met.
- Analyze RACF/TopSecret datasets resources account attributes and settings.
- Perform data analysis and manipulation.
- Execute database operations using SQL queries.
- Coordinate with client teams to identify manage and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support client teams on calls as a Subject Matter Specialist as necessary.
- Gain exposure to risk assessment and contribute to maintaining a riskfree environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in information technology and/or information security.
- 5 years of experience in a support role working on Mainframe.
- Strong technical understanding of Mainframe applications and tools (TSO IPSF datasets resources rules batch jobs DB2 RACF utilities).
- Handson experience in account and resource administration in RACF/TopSecret (user management group creation dataset/resource administration).
- Experience using Vanguard utilities (Administrator Advisor Compliance Manager).
- Proficiency in utilizing ticketing tools for access management tracking progress/escalation and generating operational reports.
- Exposure to standard configuration maintenance procedures and documentation.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Cyber Security Information Security Engineering or Information Technology.
- Business proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience working with distributed teams across different geographies.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 support model.

- Experience and knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools.
- Ability to adhere to client s information security policies and effectively communicate security requirements.
