Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
- GotoMarket Strategy: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute gotomarket strategies that drive sales success and revenue growth.
- CRM Management: Oversee the administration and optimization of CRM systems to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
- Compensation Planning: Develop and manage sales compensation plans that align with business objectives and motivate the sales team.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management processes to track and improve individual and team performance.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Marketing Product and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business operations initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Operations Management or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 8 years of experience in business operations sales operations or a related role within the software or technology industry.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel PBI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge: Understanding of gotomarket strategies sales enablement compensation planning and performance management.
