Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services and to build longlasting relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate and efficient information to customers regarding our services products and policies
Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers
Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone email and chat
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment
Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Fluent in English and Spanish (Native or near to Native)
Availability to work Central Europe time including weekends and holidays if required.
Previous experience in the BPO industry is a plus

We have 2 Schedules available: MondayFriday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Central European Time (CET) and 9:00 AM 2:00 PM Central European Time (CET)
