Family Solicitor
Location: London
Salary:
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday / Friday 9:30 AM 5:30 PM
Hybrid Remote (1 day in the office required)
Kamro has partnered with a boutique law firm based in the heart of London specialising in personal and business immigration family law and wills and probate.
They are hiring a highly skilled Family Solicitor with expertise in financial remedy proceedings prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and a strong ability to bring in and manage a caseload through referrals and networking. The ideal candidate will be expected to bring in at least 35 clients a month and have a proven track record of generating significant business from their established client following and referral network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including financial remedy proceedings and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients offering expert legal advice.
Proactively network and develop business generating at least 35 clients a month from your existing referral network and client base.
Provide advocacy and represent clients in court as necessary.
Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the firms outstanding reputation.
Deliver clear commercial legal solutions tailored to client needs.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in family law.
Membership in relevant professional bodies.
Proven ability to bill at least three times your salary.
Strong established referral network with a minimum of 35 clients brought in per month.
Experience in financial remedy proceedings and pre/postnuptial agreements.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload effectively.
Proficient in using Leap.
Strong business development skills and a proven track record in client acquisition.
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
