Job Description

As we continue to grow we are looking for an International Trainer for Wholesale & Travel to bring our brand to life across global markets. As our International Trainer you will be a true Brand Ambassador traveling across our markets to inspire educate and empower our teams. Your mission To ensure every interaction with Rituals is infused with expertise excellence and a touch of magic.
For 40 hours per week you will:
- Be the expertlead engaging training sessions on our customer experience product benefits and brand philosophy.
- Create and innovatedevelop cuttingedge multibrand training content including elearning videos and training presentations.
- Empower and educateorganize and deliver train the trainer programs for local teams and partners.
- Shape global standardsimplement and continuously develop international training programs.
- Collaborate and connectwork closely with Account Managers and our Head Office to tailor training to each markets needs.
- Support new launchestrain travel retail and wholesale teams in new and growing markets.
- Lead with insightsuse data from Mystery Shop reports digital learning platforms and KPI dashboards to refine training approaches.
- Travel the worldvisit local markets around five days per month bringing Rituals knowledge and passion wherever you go.
Qualifications :
High on energy low on ego and with a little bit of humor. Your main ingredient is having a passion for people and helping them to grow. You live the Rituals brand and you are contagious in your passion for the brand and the shop floor. You love to connect to people customers as well as your trainees.
On top of this you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a training role preferably within an international retail environment.
- A strong understanding of cultural differences and the ability to adapt training approaches to diverse markets.
- A confident engaging and inspiring training style that captivates and motivates teams.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to travel to local markets approximately five days per month.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
