Job Description:
The Warehouse Admin is responsible for ensuring smooth logistics operations by accurately processing orders maintaining records and coordinating with customers. This role involves data entry monitoring shipments handling claims and improving customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing & Customer Assistance:
- Guide customers in filling out consignment notes and related information.
- Input order details into the system accurately.
- Assist the manager in maintaining customer relationships and resolving inquiries.
- Shipment Tracking & Issue Resolution:
- Monitor cargo during transportation to ensure timely and safe delivery.
- Handle cargo issues promptly and manage related claims efficiently.
- Logistics Reporting & Improvement:
- Regularly compile logistics management reports.
- Analyze reports to suggest and implement improvements in logistics operations.
- Document Handling & Customer Service:
- Manage onsite customer pickups and order processing.
- Handle printing collecting and managing delivery documents including return receipts.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely service.
Job Requirements:
- Min SPM Diploma in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in warehouse administration logistics inventory management or a similar role.
- Must be able to read write and speak in Mandarin English and Malay because will need to liaise with international clients.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations particularly in Excel and Word.
- Fresh graduates with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work overtime. Overtime pay is provided for hours worked beyond the regular schedule.
- Problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
