As an Account Manager Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with high profile restaurants focusing on business growth optimizing development and performance optimization. Your primary goal will be to maximize sales opportunities increase business development by also using Wolts campaign tools achieve key business performance targets and ensure partner satisfaction.
You will serve as the main point of contact for restaurants working closely with restaurant owners and managers to support their needs to further deepen our partnership with the restaurant.
The Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of the restaurant partnership from daily operational needs to business development commercial terms and onboarding new top tier venues. You will use data analysis commercial expertise and sales skills to create value and drive growth for your partners.
What Youll Be Doing:
Driving and managing the growth of your restaurant portfolio
Monitoring and improving operational KPIs for your restaurants
Becoming a key knowledge source and goto person for restaurantrelated strategies
Actively drive sales growth and leveraging Wolts various promotional tools
Train and onboard Tier 1/Tier 2 venues
Collaborating closely with Finance Analytics and Marketing teams to address restaurant needs
Using data to drive commercial and strategic discussions with restaurant partners on a daily basis
