About the Role:
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation customer acquisition and marketing automation at Quoqo. You will own the marketing funnel ensuring seamless alignment with sales to optimize conversion rates and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute lead generation campaigns via existing automation tools.
Optimize email outreach and retargeting strategies to increase conversion rates.
Implement marketing automation to ensure highquality lead handoff to the sales team.
Own website analytics SEO and content performance tracking to improve inbound traffic.
Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging ICPs and outreach strategies.
Measure and improve customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Qualifications:
- 4 years in growth marketing demand generation or performance marketing.
- Handson experience with tools such as Apollo Mailchimp Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and SEO tools.
- Strong analytical skills in Google Analytics CRM dashboards and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools including CRMs.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or AIdriven tech marketing preferred.
Preferred Degree:
Bachelors/Masters in Marketing Business Digital Marketing or Communications
MBA in Marketing or Growth Strategy (Preferred but not mandatory)
More Important Than Degrees:
Proven experience in lead generation demand generation and marketing automation
Handson skills in Apollo Mailchimp CRM tools (Zoho CRM HubSpot) and LinkedIn Ads
Ability to scale customer acquisition efforts using datadriven strategies
