Compensation:
COP 7.5M 10M/month.

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You have 2 years of experience in marketing automation.
- You are proficient in CRM (Candidate relationship management) digital marketing HubSpot and project management.
- English Native or fully fluent.
- Spanish Native or fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more:
- Act as a technical expert in Marketing Automation providing solutions to complex business problems.
- Implement and configure Marketing Automation tools and integrations with CRM systems (Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics NetSuite Oracle).
- Manage marketing automation audits implementations and rebuilds in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
- Support architecture projects and understand functional requirements.
- Assist clients in aligning sales and marketing processes lead nurturing and lead scoring strategies.
- Conduct detailed training sessions in HubSpot.
- Lead consulting engagements and provide strategic advice on marketing best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing valuedriven presentations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 2 years in demand generation and business consulting in Marketing Automation.
- Marketing Automation certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing lead nurturing and sales/marketing alignment.
- Experience in managing highspeed highvolume complex digital projects.
- Proficiency in developing business cases and eliciting requirements from nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage projects with multiple team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical concepts.

- Proficiency in Salesforce HubSpot and Marketing Automation tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to deliver presentations to executive or technical audiences.
