Managing master planning, material processes and systems, preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs.
Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs and optimizing inventory and process improvements.
Redefining processes and procedures on a regular basis and require frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g. engineering, planning, maintenance).
Handling latitude in manufacturing techniques and manufacturing process requires choosing right approaches.
Managing the Warehouse and set up the process for receiving, issuing, and shipping to customer.
Managing all of the Material Transactions in Oracle.
Material Planning and Procurement:
Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with production and other departments to forecast material requirements based on production schedules, seasonal demand, or sales forecasts.
Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate terms and prices, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials.
Procurement: Oversee the purchasing process, ensuring that materials are acquired at competitive prices, within budget, and with the appropriate quality standards.
Order Management: Ensure that purchase orders are placed in advance to meet production needs, and track the status of orders until materials are received.
Inventory Management:
Stock Monitoring: Monitor material levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory. Ensure that raw materials, components, and supplies are available when needed without overstocking.
Inventory Control: Implement inventory control systems to track materials and ensure accuracy in stock levels. Periodically conduct physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Replenishment: Establish reorder points and lead times to ensure timely replenishment of materials, minimizing downtime or production delays.
Warehouse Management: Oversee the efficient organization and storage of materials in warehouses or storage areas. Ensure that materials are easily accessible and stored in appropriate conditions.
Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Have minimum of 5 years of experience in materials planning, execution, warehousing and inventory management.
Have experience leading a team.
Have experience using Oracle or SAP system.
Have Fluency in English and Arabic.

Waste Reduction: Develop strategies to minimize material waste and optimize material usage. This could involve implementing lean manufacturing techniques, improving processes, or reusing excess materials where possible.
Cost Control: Work to minimize material costs by negotiating better terms with suppliers, sourcing alternative materials, or optimizing inventory levels.
. Quality Control and Compliance:
Material Quality: Ensure that the materials purchased meet the required quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with quality control teams to assess material quality and resolve any issues with suppliers.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that materials comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain proper documentation for material purchases, inventory levels, quality checks, and compliance. Provide reports to senior management regarding material usage, cost savings, and procurement activities.
