Installing, maintaining and repairing equipment, and fixtures
Working within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
Working on the assembly/disassembly, adjust and install electrical or Mechanical materials to meet tolerance and product operating requirements.
Complying with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental directives and regulations
Taking ownership for completion of QC Sheets, manufacturing forms, completion work form
Installation and Setup:
Install Equipment: Responsible for the proper setup, assembly, and installation of new equipment or machinery. This includes aligning and calibrating machines according to manufacturer instructions and specifications.
Test Equipment After Installation: Ensure that the newly installed equipment is functioning correctly and meets operational requirements by conducting thorough testing and making necessary adjustments.
Maintenance and Servicing:
Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement to keep equipment in good working condition. This could be scheduled as per the manufacturer’s recommendation or operational requirements.
Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs to avoid equipment breakdowns and ensure longevity. This includes checking for wear and tear, inspecting critical components, and scheduling repairs when necessary.
Record Maintenance Activities: Keep accurate logs of maintenance and service activities, tracking issues, repairs, and replaced parts to help identify trends and predict future maintenance needs.
. Troubleshooting and Repairs:
Identify Equipment Issues: Diagnose problems with malfunctioning equipment using a variety of methods, such as inspecting components, running diagnostic tests, and consulting manuals or schematics.
Perform Repairs: Make repairs on faulty equipment, which could involve replacing parts, adjusting settings, or fixing mechanical, electrical, or software issues. The technician must ensure repairs are completed quickly to minimize downtime.
Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards: Ensure that all repair work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations, and that any faulty or malfunctioning equipment is marked appropriately to prevent accidental use.
Have high School Diploma or equivalent.
Have 2+ years of relevant experience
Have knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective gloves and safety glass etc.)

Calibration and Optimization:
Calibrate Equipment: Perform calibration procedures to ensure that equipment operates within specified tolerances. This includes adjusting settings and using precision instruments to verify the equipment's performance.
Optimize Performance: Make adjustments and fine-tune equipment for optimal performance, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets production standards.
Equipment Inspection:
Regular Inspections: Conduct regular visual and functional inspections of machinery to detect issues such as loose connections, leaks, or worn parts. Early detection helps prevent expensive repairs or replacements down the line.
Quality Control: Ensure that all equipment meets operational standards and safety guidelines. Conduct testing to verify that equipment meets the required specifications and performs within acceptable limits.
Inventory Management:
Manage Spare Parts and Tools: Keep track of inventory for spare parts, tools, and consumables required for the maintenance and repair of equipment. Order replacement parts when necessary to avoid delays in repairs.
Organize and Store Equipment: Ensure that tools and equipment are properly stored and organized for easy access during maintenance or repairs.
