Job Description
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans including market entry strategies product roadmaps and gotomarket strategies.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
Work with Promoters and Senior management on leading strategic initiatives in existing and new areas where company might venture

Align the companys organizational structure and capabilities with the strategic plan.
Drive crossfunctional collaboration and ensure effective communication across departments.
Mentor and develop highpotential talent within the organization.
Promoter Engagement:
Build strong and collaborative relationships with Promoters.
Provide strategic guidance and insights to Promoters on key business decisions.
Ensure alignment between Promoters vision and the companys strategic direction.
