At AbbVie as we advance our customer engagement model in our local organization we are looking for talent to join our Canadian affiliate to elevate and maximize affiliate performance through Infield and Brand excellence models and capabilities.
In this role you will be accountable for driving increased business performance within our infield and brand teams by ensuring the effective application of core methodologies the successful adoption of key capabilities and leveraging datadriven insights. The role also involves providing strategic guidance to leadership aligning Canadian needs with global roadmaps and offering strategic insight to drive best practices and tools across Business Units in line with AbbVies guidelines and materials. You will coach and develop direct and indirect team members to build engagement and proficiency. You will work with colleagues from Commercial Medical Market Access Patient Experience & Contract Management Customer Excellence and BTS to drive alignment and excellence.
The incumbent will be based in Montreal will lead 3 direct reports and will report into the Head ACE Transformation.
