We are seeking an experienced Chef De Rang to join our renowned 3 AA Rosette restaurant team. As a Chef De Rang you will be responsible for running a station in our distinguished 3 AA Rosette restaurant which seats up to 65 covers. You will work alongside an experienced and dedicated team delivering the highest quality discreet service to our valued guests.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef De Rang in a 5* hotel is essential.
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Basic wine and spirit knowledge is beneficial.
Experience working with cheeses is advantageous.
Good English Language skills (speaking listening and writing).
