Job Description
- Take the overall responsibility for the Application Architecture product and team
- Lead a team of experts in the areas backend architecture frontend architecture security architecture and quality assurance
- Design the product vision as well as the product roadmap together with your team and your stakeholders
- Define and enforce standards for a stable product architecture and technology landscape together with your team
- Further develop and enhance the product in close alignment with stakeholders
- Identify the required competencies and drive personal and professional development in your team
Qualifications :
- Completed technical education with focus on IT (HTL FH TU) or comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience in leading corporate and team development with economic sustainable added value
- Knowledge of software development life cycle beneficial (Java Spring Boot Angular)
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Very good presentation and moderation skills
- Ability to quickly familiarize with new topics
- High quality organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English and preferably German
