Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential acquisition targets in line with the companys business strategy and objectives.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to proactively identify opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate the due diligence process for acquisition opportunities.
- Assess the impact of acquisitions on the companys financial position and strategy
- Collaborate with the integration team to develop and execute postacquisition integration plans.
- Monitor and report on the performance of acquired assets or companies to ensure they meet the expected goals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations laws and company policies in the acquisition process.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for board meetings and other corporate functions.
