What Youll Be Doing

• Inspiring Year 5 students: Plan prepare and deliver exciting lessons that challenge and engage Year 5 students in literacy numeracy and beyond.
• Supporting development: Help students build the key skills theyll need as they approach the transition to Key Stage 2 and prepare for secondary school.
• Creating a dynamic classroom: Foster an atmosphere where learning is fun collaborative and inspiring encouraging students to take ownership of their education.
• Tracking progress: Regularly assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback setting clear goals to help each child reach their full potential.
• Teamwork: Work closely with other teachers to share ideas best practices and ensure the curriculum is delivered effectively and creatively.
• Communication with parents: Build strong relationships with parents keeping them updated on their childs progress and addressing any concerns to support students growth.
• Professional involvement: Engage in staff meetings professional development opportunities and schoolwide activities to keep growing as an educator.

Who Were Looking For

• A passionate and qualified UKS2 Teacher with experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A deep understanding of the National Curriculum and how to bring it to life in Year 5.
• A teacher who loves working in a teamoriented environment sharing ideas and creating engaging lessons together.
• A positive communicator with strong interpersonal skills able to build relationships with students colleagues and parents.
• Someone committed to ongoing professional development and always striving to improve their teaching practice.
