Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated UKS2 Teacher to join a supportive and vibrant primary school in Redbridge starting in April 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and challenge UKS2students as they prepare for their transition to secondary school in a nurturing and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons for UKS2students in line with the National Curriculum.
- Prepare students for end of Key Stage 2 assessments while maintaining a calm and positive learning environment.
- Regularly monitor assess and report on student progress providing feedback and setting clear targets for development.
- Create a stimulating inclusive classroom where students are encouraged to develop a love for learning.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to share best practices and ensure highquality curriculum delivery.
- Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians offering regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
- Actively participate in schoolwide meetings professional development sessions and school activities.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching Year 6 or within upper Key Stage 2.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience preparing students for Key Stage 2 SATs.
- A proven track record in delivering excellent classroom management and helping students achieve their best.
- A studentfocused teacher who is passionate about raising achievement and promoting learning for all.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
