Art Teacher Alternative Provision Redbridge April Start

Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
Are you a passionate Art Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of students who require a more tailored approach to learning A dynamic and supportive alternative provision in Redbridge is seeking a dedicated Art Teacher to join their team in April 2025. Creative & Flexible Curriculum Teach a dynamic Art curriculum tailored to students needs and interests.

Plan and deliver engaging and creative Art lessons that meet the individual needs of students.
Use innovative teaching techniques to inspire and encourage students who may have struggled in traditional settings.
Provide personalised learning pathways that help students build confidence and discover their artistic abilities.
Support the emotional and social development of students helping them engage positively in education.
Work closely with staff and external professionals to create bespoke learning plans and interventions.
Help students prepare for their future pathways by fostering practical skills and selfexpression through Art.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching Art.
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable students and helping them succeed.
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills especially in a challenging environment.
Creative and flexible teaching approach to adapt lessons to the needs of individual students.
Experience working with students with SEMH additional needs or challenging behaviors is a plus.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
