Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher for a lovely school in Newham starting after the February half term 2025. This is a fulltime position. The school is easily accessible via public transport. Interviews will be held as soon as possible.

Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of Year 3 students.
- Implement effective teaching strategies to inspire and support students in their learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback and setting clear targets for development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mutual respect and enthusiasm for learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance curriculum delivery.
- Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians keeping them informed of their childs progress and addressing any concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings professional development sessions and school activities as required.
Year 3 Teacher Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in KS2 particularly in Year 3.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- A teamoriented approach and commitment to fostering a collaborative environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
