Job Description
The Project Manager will provide management oversight for a top 50 nationally recognized glazing contractor throughout all phases of construction projects. This role involves coordinating installers materials and equipment while ensuring compliance with specifications and maintaining schedules and budgets.

Skills
- 5 years of commercial construction experience
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities
- Strong leadership skills
- AutoCAD drafting experience is a bonus

Responsibilities
- Understand general construction processes and learn the glass aspect
- Develop costeffective plans and schedules for project completion
- Coordinate projects with contractors architects owners and involved parties
- Verify estimates with detailed reviews of proposals and specifications
- Coordinate with CAD throughout the shop drawing process
- Assume responsibility for safety quality and productivity of glaziers
- Monitor material and equipment efficiency and contractual performance
- Complete projects within allocated budgets
- Track and control project schedules and communicate accordingly
Qualifications
- Attendance at construction meetings as necessary
- Ability to maintain maximum efficiency under pressure
- Willingness to perform additional assignments as directed by management
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field preferred
Education Requirements Credential Category
- Relevant degree in construction or engineering related fields preferred
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction management or a related field
- Proven track record in managing projects effectively

6. Do you have experience in aseptic processing or equivalent in GMP FDA ISO OSHA USDA or PMO regulated environment preferred.
7. Do you have Low acid aseptic and ESL manufacturing and packaging experience preferred.
8. Do you have Dairy Manufacturing experience preferred.
9. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
